Day with AI: 150 AI Agents, New System Architecture, and a Full Client AI Project in One Day.

Wednesday. One of those days where so much happens you can barely describe it normally.

What I did

Complete CLAUDE.md redesign

The entire work system architecture got a new structure:

• Flat organization instead of nested trees — easier to navigate
• Slim file without redundant sections
• Clear rules that actually get followed

150+ specialized AI agents

Installed the full agent suite via voltagent. Each agent is a specialist in a specific area — writing, code, analysis, research, presentations. It sounds unreasonable, but in practice it works: instead of one generalist you get a specialist for every task.

Lead gen pipeline

Notion CRM, demo pages, cold outreach system, and Brevo integration (email sending). From zero to a working system in one day.

Client project — AI matchmaking platform

This was the biggest chunk. A 14-hour session on a client platform POC. Full implementation: backend, frontend, AI logic, demo data.

System reorganization

Finance stack, session tracking, project overview. Everything in one place.

What I learned

• Planning before coding saves a massive amount of time — 1 hour of planning = 1 day of implementation saved
• 150 agents sounds insane, but it makes sense: every task gets a specialist, not a generalist
• When building a system from scratch, understand the full flow first — then implement. Starting to code without understanding the whole picture means rewriting everything twice
