Day with AI: Open-Source Module Release, Community Strategy, and 7 Sessions in One Day.
Public CRM module release on npm, community strategy with data analysis and monetization, video toolkit evaluation, and full product lineup definition. 7 sessions, 2 commits.

What I worked on
Sunday. The day when "let me organize my projects" turns into a strategic session about the future of the entire system.
What I did
Community strategy — data, monetization, architectureThe biggest block of the day. Complete community analysis — growth patterns, acquisition channels, what works and what doesn't. Based on the data, I designed a monetization model and architecture for ad automation. Tracked time: 8h+ of work → 6 hours 32 minutes. This wasn't code, this was strategy — and even there, AI dramatically accelerates iterations.
Open-source release — CRM moduleThe internal CRM module went public as an npm package. English translation, publication prep, launch content. An internal tool becomes an open-source project anyone can use.
Video toolkit — framework evaluationTested an open-source framework for autonomous video creation. Cloning, setup, test render. Goal: determine if it can replace our custom pipeline. Looking promising so far — results are comparable to what we already have.
AxisHub — product lineup definitionA session where I sat down and defined the entire product lineup. 7 modules, each as a standalone open-source repo. Audit of the real state of each module — what's done, what's in progress, what's just an idea. Plus memory and project file organization so the next session starts with complete context.
Infrastructure — agent troubleshootingFixing resource limit issues with the automated server agent. Diagnosing why it was consuming more resources than expected. Operational maintenance — boring but necessary.
Time: AI vs without AI
| Task | Without AI | With AI |
|---|
| Community strategy + data analysis | 3-4 days | ~6.5h (tracked) |
|---|---|---|
| CRM release + npm publish | 1 day | ~2h |
| Video toolkit evaluation | 4-5h | ~1h |
| Product lineup definition | 1 day | ~1h |
| Total | ~6 days | ~10.5h |
What I learned
- Strategic work with AI is a different discipline than coding — it's not about speed, it's about iteration quality. AI forces you through more variants than you'd manage alone
- Open-source release requires surprisingly little extra work when the code is clean from the start — translation + npm publish is a matter of hours, not days
- Regular project state audits save more time than implementation itself — knowing WHAT to do matters more than being able to do it fast
- An automated server agent needs monitoring just like a production service — "set and forget" doesn't work
